SeeYouMore shall never intentionally create artificial barriers preventing users from leaving the platform.

Artificial Intelligence is designed to assist people. AI may analyze information, provide recommendations and automate actions only within the permissions granted by the user. Final decisions always belong to the user unless explicitly stated otherwise by a specific service. Technology supports people. People remain responsible for their own decisions.

Every SeeYouMore user has the right to:

AI conversations and support communications may be processed for quality improvement as described in the Privacy Policy.

Access to information shall always follow the principle of least privilege. Employees receive access only to the information required to perform their specific responsibilities. Access is granted according to roles, responsibilities and legitimate business needs. Every access to sensitive information should be accountable.

Users own their data. SeeYouMore protects it. We do not consider ourselves owners of user information. We consider ourselves trusted custodians responsible for preserving, protecting and processing information in accordance with this Constitution and applicable laws. SeeYouMore introduces a new concept: Travel Identity Travel Identity is not a social profile. It is a living digital representation of a person’s experiences, journeys, achievements and preferences. It grows naturally through real activity rather than manual profile editing.

Every user has the right to decide what happens to their digital life. Users may appoint a trusted Digital Legacy Contact. When legally confirmed circumstances occur, the trusted person may receive only the permissions explicitly granted by the user. The future of your digital life should always remain your decision.

Users remain in control of every device connected to their account. Users can:

• review active devices;
• remove trusted devices;
• assign maximum-trust devices;
• receive notifications about new logins.

Unknown devices may require additional verification before access is granted.

When suspicious activity is detected, SeeYouMore may:

• terminate suspicious sessions;
• require re-authentication;
• request additional identity verification;
• temporarily restrict sensitive actions;
• notify the account owner immediately.

Protecting the user takes priority over uninterrupted access.

Administrative systems require stronger protection than user systems. Security measures include:

Constitutional Authority This Constitution is the highest public governing document of the SeeYouMore ecosystem. Every public policy, agreement, guideline and future service shall be interpreted in accordance with the principles established herein.

Purpose The purpose of this Constitution is to establish the permanent principles governing the development, operation and evolution of the SeeYouMore ecosystem. Its objective is to protect users, preserve trust and ensure responsible innovation.

Scope This Constitution applies to:

• the SeeYouMore platform;
• all official applications;
• web services;
• APIs;
• artificial intelligence systems;
• future ecosystem products;
• official partners acting on behalf of SeeYouMore where applicable.

Right to Control Personal Data Users control their own information. They may review, update, export or delete personal information according to applicable laws and platform policies. Control remains with the individual.

Right to Leave Users may discontinue use of the platform at any time. Where legally permitted, they may delete their account and request removal or export of eligible personal information. Leaving the platform should be straightforward and respectful.

Responsibilities of SeeYouMore With the privilege of serving millions of people comes responsibility. These responsibilities are permanent commitments rather than temporary objectives.

Responsibility to Protect SeeYouMore shall continuously protect:

Artificial Intelligence Artificial Intelligence is one of the foundations of the SeeYouMore ecosystem. Its purpose is to expand human capabilities while preserving human autonomy.

Human-Centered AI Artificial Intelligence exists to assist people. AI shall not replace human judgment in matters where meaningful personal decisions remain essential. Users remain the final decision makers.

User Authorization Artificial Intelligence shall perform actions only within permissions explicitly granted by the user. Whenever user approval is required, AI shall request it before proceeding. Consent precedes automation.

AI Transparency Whenever reasonably practical, Artificial Intelligence should explain:

• why a recommendation was generated;
• which information influenced the outcome;
• available alternatives;
• important limitations.

Understanding creates confidence.

AI Memory Personal AI Memory belongs to the user. Users may:

• review memory;
• edit memory;
• delete memory;
• reset memory;
• disable memory where supported.

Memory exists to benefit the user.

AI Improvement Conversations with Artificial Intelligence may be processed for quality improvement, safety and service enhancement as described in the Privacy Policy. Private user-to-user conversations are excluded from this process.

Privacy Privacy is a constitutional principle. Every product, service and future technology shall be designed with privacy as a fundamental requirement rather than an optional feature.

Privacy by Design Privacy considerations shall be incorporated from the earliest stages of planning, architecture, implementation and maintenance. Privacy should not be added after development. It should guide development.

Privacy by Default Default settings should provide the highest practical level of privacy. Users may voluntarily choose to share additional information. Sharing should always remain a user decision.

Personal Communications Private conversations between users belong exclusively to their participants. SeeYouMore does not use private conversations for artificial intelligence training, advertising profiling or unrelated analytics. Private communication remains private.

Support Communications Communications with customer support may be reviewed solely for:

• resolving requests;
• improving service quality;
• training support personnel;
• ensuring service reliability.

Such processing shall remain limited to legitimate operational purposes.

Data Ownership Personal information remains the property of the user. SeeYouMore serves as its custodian, responsible for secure storage, lawful processing and responsible protection. Custodianship does not create ownership.

Right to Deletion Subject to applicable legal obligations, users may request deletion of eligible personal information. Where complete deletion is not immediately possible due to legal, contractual or security obligations, SeeYouMore shall clearly communicate the applicable limitations. The right to leave the platform shall always be respected.

Security Security protects freedom. Without security, privacy cannot exist. Without trust, technology loses its purpose.
